Our intention to stop employee theft has increased as embezzlement in dental offices escalates. You can Google the topic and find statistics that range from 40% and higher. A well-known dental consultant writes that 50% of all dental practices are embezzled.  Our experience is 70%.  But who is counting?  Frankly, we are. 

Our interest in developing Honor Guard is not to investigate theft. Our plan is to prevent it. If found, we will close the door on the theft and the thief. From there we will help you to move forward securely.

It is devastating to learn that a valued employee has violated your trust.  The financial repercussions are equally difficult to rebound from.  However, the most important thing to do when theft is discovered is to take action to stop it, gain restitution and prevent theft from ever happening in your practice again.
