Each dentist can align with Honor Guard to "circle the wagons" as a clear and direct signal clarifying the intentions of this industry to stop employee theft. Our goal is to unite dental professionals under our watch. Our intention: no more employee theft. The professional embezzler will have to leave town. The "would be" embezzler won't get started. This defensive alignment can work.

As more dentists align with Honor Guard, the opportunities for theft decrease. Conversely, if a few dentists don't chose Honor Guard as their advocate, their office becomes a greater target. All Honor Guard practices will be encouraged to attend biannual practice management meetings. Our spring and fall classes will focus on:

• Verbal skills training: intent and delivery to ensure daily success for everyone
• Scheduling
• Recall Management
• Treatment Planning and Case Acceptance through delivery of care
• Collections - gratitude exchanged
• Monitoring your practice strengths and building upon them

Language is powerful. The right words spoken can make the difference between a successful day and one that leaves us feeling drained. As successful days increase, you can expect your practice to build.

Effective verbal skills can improve every aspect of your practice from a phone conversation to receiving a payment from a patient. Every interaction is enhanced with a positive exchange of words. We can't stress strongly enough the value of verbal skills.

At our meetings we will focus on the nuts and bolts of running a successful dental practice. We will also teach you and your staff how to enhance your practice through language skills. Word skills are like frosting on a cake - they sweeten the experience!
