We will guard your business with protocols and systems designed to eliminate employee theft. Our services include the following:

Onsite Assessment
We will evaluate your current office protocols and systems for fault lines.
We examine how your Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Accounts Payable is processed, through what methods, and what data trails are in place for reconciliation. We will evaluate what software is being used, who has privileges and passwords to sensitive areas. We also look at who has access to the office and under what circumstances. A full and systematic assessment is done using methods that will cause the least amount of disruption to your office.

Implement Honor Guard protocols
Every area of concern, every system in need of fine-tuning will be secured with Honor Guard methodology. As the practice owner, you will be informed of our findings and our recommendations. We will ask that you approve and support our recommendations for theft protection. Whenever possible, Honor Guard systems will be customized to gently fit in to match and enhance your practice style. Staff members responsible for managing our systems will be trained and supported. Our onsite visitation will ensure that your practice continues to be secured. Additional training for systems management is available for new hires.

Respond and support if theft occurs
If embezzlement is occurring in your practice, we will discuss options available to you .There are resources available for reimbursement and legal action. Through our community action program we can work together to ensure known embezzlers are no longer able to "operate" again.  Facing theft is a difficult process and we will be supportive of you, however, prevention is our commitment to you and our primary focus will be to secure your practice for the future.

Staff training
Your staff members will be trained to maintain Honor Guard systems.  These systems are presented as preventive for the practice and to protect staff members, as well.  Having Honor Guard systems in place removes reason for suspicion and gives staff members the tools they will appreciate to guard their personal integrity.

We know you value your staff and want them to feel safe and secure in their workplace environment. All contact with your office and it's staff is met with the utmost respect and discretion and with the least amount of interference in the daily operations as is possible.

The Honor Guard emblem will be deterrent warning new-hire embezzlers to move on. Once your office is certified and sealed with our notification emblems, embezzlers know they cannot function in this environment.

Confidentiality and Discretion
Employee theft and employee embezzlement is a very sensitive subject.  It can be painful when experienced and it can be legally hazardous to discuss details of an unproven theft situation.  We will protect and honor the privacy of your practice to all degrees.  Your practice information is completely confidential and will not be discussed with anyone without your prior written permission.
